This Privacy Policy explains how FairGrow handles personal data when you use our website and platform. We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect

• Account details you provide (such as name and email address).
• Data from sensors and devices you connect to your account.
• Technical data needed to operate the service securely (such as log data).

How we use it

We use your data to provide the FairGrow platform, show your dashboard, send the alerts you configure and keep the service secure and reliable. We do not sell your personal data.

What we record about your visit

When you browse fairgrow.eu, we record it in our own visitor log. We do that to see which pages work and which do not, and to see where on the site a conversation with us began.

For every visit we store:

• the IP address you arrive with, and the name that belongs to it, usually your provider or your employer;
• which browser and device you use, and the language it is set to;
• which page, search engine or email brought you here;
• which pages you view, in what order and for how long;
• a random number in a cookie, so we recognise a return visit from the same browser.

We deliberately do not call this anonymous statistics. From a sequence like that we can tell that someone came back. We would rather tell you that plainly than dress it up as something smaller than it is.

FairGrow is operated by EasyData B.V., and this log is brought together with the logs of the EasyData websites in one visitor overview that only our own staff can reach. It does not go to advertisers, it does not go to an external analytics service, and we do not sell it.

The log sits on our own servers and is wiped automatically after three months. Would you rather not be in it? Email welkom@easydata.nl. We will remove your visits and make sure your address is not recorded again. You do not have to give a reason.

Cookies and Google Analytics

Alongside our own log, this site runs Google Analytics. That is a service from Google and therefore a party outside EasyData. Google measures your visit and places a cookie only if you consent to it in the cookie notice. Choose “Necessary only” and that does not happen. We use no advertising cookies: FairGrow shows no advertisements anywhere.

Where it is stored

Your data is hosted on our own servers in a Dutch data centre. We do not depend on US cloud services for storing your growing data.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at welkom@easydata.nl.

AI assistant and photo analysis

Our AI assistant and the plant-photo analysis use a carefully selected external processor that provides the AI technology to generate responses. Your question and any photo you share are used only to produce an answer. They are not used for advertising or to train AI models, and we do not sell this data.

All other processing, such as sensor data, weather and satellite insights and your dashboard, runs on our own servers in a Dutch data centre. Whenever you use the assistant, we make clear that you are interacting with AI.
