And none of them clash with self-serve. When we agree on a region, being FairGrow in that region means three concrete things, and every one of them works with self-serve rather than against it.
Every signup in your region counts as yours
Every signup from your region is attributed to you, including the growers who sign up themselves, and you share in that revenue. We handle it technically with country-level attribution, and through your partner link you get a live overview of the users in your region. Whether a grower arrives through you or through Google, it counts for your account. You lose nothing to self-serve, you earn from it.

The exclusive right to everything we can’t do remotely
You hold the exclusive right to everything the platform cannot deliver from a distance, and in your region that is often where most of the value sits: hardware and delivery, installation, calibration, support in your own language, training, agronomic advice, and help with subsidy and government programmes. The bare platform is nearly unusable without local hands. A self-serve signup delivers only a software seat. Everything around it, where the money is, is yours.

Self-serve catches the hobbyist and the small grower, low value, and we handle those for you while keeping you informed. The commercial farms, cooperatives, agribusinesses and government programmes go through you, because they never buy with a credit card on a foreign website. They need a local face, an invoice in their own currency, and a contract. That isn’t us. That’s you.
