The rules per region
Referral rules differ across the EU. We follow them strictly, so you do not have to remember them. In short:
- Business referrals are possible everywhere within the EU. Know a company that could put us to good use? Refer it, in any country.
- Private referrals, such as family and friends, are possible in countries where we also serve consumers, such as the Netherlands and Belgium.
- In Germany we work with business customers only. A referral there always concerns a company, never a private individual.
- In countries with stricter marketing rules, such as Germany, France and Austria, the focus is on business referrals.
