Connecting Priva or Hoogendoorn to FairGrow? Here is how.
You want your climate data and your FairGrow sensors in one place, and your automations working with everything your greenhouse knows. With Priva and Hoogendoorn that goes through your own account: if you request the integration and have the rights to do so, we arrange access together.
Access goes through your account
Priva and Hoogendoorn share climate data only through their own cloud platforms and partner programmes. That is a deliberate choice by those suppliers. So no other party can simply connect, us included. What does work: you, as the grower with the rights to your own account, give permission and request the integration.
Priva On request
Your Priva climate computer sends data through a Priva Gateway to the Priva Cloud. Other parties read that data through Priva API Services.
- On your side: a Priva Gateway, a Priva Connected subscription with API Services, and the rights to grant access.
- On our side: we request access based on your request.
- FairGrow only reads, with a role that cannot change anything in your climate computer.
Hoogendoorn On request
Hoogendoorn makes growing data available through the data platform of its sister company LetsGrow.com.
- On your side: your data is in LetsGrow.com, and you have the rights to grant access.
- On our side: we request access based on your request.
- Here too: FairGrow only reads, your climate control stays untouched.

Questions we often get
Why can it not work without my account?
Priva and Hoogendoorn only grant access through their own platforms. An integration therefore always goes through the account of a grower who has the rights to grant access. That is not a technical difference but a choice by the supplier.
Do I need extra subscriptions?
For Priva you need a Priva Gateway and Priva Connected with API Services. You arrange that with Priva yourself. For Hoogendoorn your data has to be in LetsGrow.com. What FairGrow costs is separate, on our pricing page.
Can FairGrow change anything in my climate control?
No. The integrations with climate computers are read-only. Your climate computer stays in charge of your greenhouse. FairGrow uses the data for overview, alerts and automations with your own FairGrow equipment.
Where does my data stay?
FairGrow runs on its own servers in a Dutch data centre. EasyData, the company behind FairGrow, is ISO 27001 certified. Your data stays yours.
