At FairGrow the answer is simple: you do. Every measurement your sensors and drones collect stays your property. We do not resell it, we do not trade it, and we store everything within Europe. We put that in our terms, not just in a marketing line.
Your data belongs to you, from the first reading to the last report.
Measurements, cultivation data, drone imagery and processed reports are and remain yours. No reselling, no data trading, no unclear sub-locations. Everything sits on European infrastructure and falls fully under the GDPR, and you can take it with you at any time.
Why this matters
Many agri-tech platforms are backed by venture capital. That model eventually needs a revenue stream on top of your data: aggregated cultivation data is valuable to insurers, traders and input suppliers. As a user you then pay twice, first with your subscription and then with your data.
FairGrow is an initiative of EasyData, a company that has operated independently since 1999 without outside investors. We do not need to cash in on your data to exist. Our revenue model is transparent: you pay for the platform, and that is it.

Measurements, cultivation data, drone imagery and reports are and remain your property. Cancel your subscription and you can export everything in open formats.
No reselling
We do not share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. Not anonymised, not aggregated, not “for benchmarking purposes”.
European storage
Your data sits on infrastructure within the European Union and falls fully under the GDPR. No US Cloud Act debates, no unclear sub-locations.
Enterprise-grade security
EasyData, the organisation behind FairGrow, is ISO 27001 certified. The same standard we apply for municipalities and healthcare, applied to your cultivation data.
Export it and take it with you
You can export your full dataset at any time, including historical measurements. We use standard formats, CSV, JSON and GeoTIFF for drone imagery, so you are never locked into FairGrow.
We believe you should stay because the platform is good, not because leaving has been made impossible.
Data ownership questions
Does FairGrow sell my cultivation data to third parties?
No. Your data is never resold or shared for commercial purposes, not even in anonymised or aggregated form.
Where is my data stored?
On servers within the European Union, fully under the GDPR.
Can I export my data if I stop?
Yes, always and in full, in open standard formats such as CSV, JSON and GeoTIFF.
Who owns the drone imagery I process through FairGrow?
You do. The processed maps and reports are your property too.
